Pre-order terms and conditions

Pre-order items are items which are not yet in stock but have been made available to purchase as a pre-order.

If you have purchased an item currently marked as a pre-order item, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The estimated delivery time for pre-order items is a guide only, and is subject to change pending the arrival of stock.
  2. You will be notified of any delays to the estimated shipping time via email.
  3. We will aim to dispatch of all pre-order items within 2 business days of the arrival of stock. 
  4. If you have purchased any in-stock items at the same time as a pre-order item, all items will be sent in the same package. 
  5. Happy Planet Toys is not to be held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur.
