Yes, we're happy to send our toys off Australian shores, however unfortunately we cannot take orders from the USA. Please email international order requests to admin@happyplanettoys.com.au and we'll be happy to help!

Yes absolutely! We've committed to donating at least 10 per cent of our profits each quarter to organisations or individuals who are doing great things to protect our environment. We'll provide a detailed update on this after our first quarter of operating.

Given we’re focussed on sustainability and reducing waste, we know that our packaging needs to fit that brief too. Our toys are sent in packaging that is either fully recyclable or home compostable. There’ll also be an information card with your toys which is fully recyclable.

The toys are made from recycled plastic that is sourced in Australia and is free from BPA and Phthalates, and meets Australian food contact standards.

Our toys are 100% designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Australia.

Our toys are made from the same plastic that's used to make plastic food containers like milk bottles or yoghurt tubs.

Dave the Dolphin, Tilda the Turtle and Barbara the Butterfly Fish each use approximately the same amount of plastic as half a milk bottle. The Reef Express submarine uses approximately the same amount of plastic as six milk bottles. So if you purchase the set, you're saving almost eight milk bottles from ending up in landfill.

Yes, absolutely! These toys can all go in the dishwasher for a good clean.

In the unlikely event that your toy is damaged or faulty, please contact us via the contact form above and we’ll be happy to organise a replacement or refund. We’re unable to provide a refund for changes of mind.

We’re only very new, so at this stage, our toys are only available to buy online. However, we’ll be at markets from time-to-time and will hopefully be in stores before too long. If you’re a retailer, please send wholesale enquiries to admin@happyplanettoys.com.au.

Yes definitely! It’s all part of the plan to create more exciting toys made from recycled plastic. Join our mailing list and we’ll let you know when new toys are on the way.
